Being a 23 year veteran as a Victoria Police member, Ritchie is a specialist in dealing with critical incidents and his expertise in this area has supplied him with the knowledge and ability to provide credible and realistic training packages. Also during his role with Victoria Police he was constantly utilised as a mentor and trainer for both male and female police members.
Ritchie also is a long term martial arts instructor at international level.
